Introduction:
Recruits are those members who are not yet certified Officers of NOPD nor are they Outsiders. They have taken the will and decision to be NOPD Officers and NOPD has to train them to become good employees. Recruits are often confused but the training process as stated in FTT guide helps them to learn more about NOPD.
How To Behave:
As stated PATIENCE is a virtue that every officer of NOPD should have. In this case the Trainer should be very slow and clear towards the Recruit. The Trainer should follow all FTT steps as shown very clearly. The Doubts of the Recruits must be solved with the best of the Trainer's ability. The trainer should not behave strictly, but yes they have to behave very professionally in front of the Recruit.

Problem Areas:
- The Recruit is Slow: As stated if the recruit is slow the trainer should be slower. At times the recruit may ask for a sentence to be repeated then the Trainer should not hesitate. Many recruits take notes so see to it you go slow.
- The Recruit has d/c'ed: If the Recruit is motionless wait for a while. If after some time the Recruit is still motionless it is possible he/she has d/c'ed. In this case the Trainer should continue to train the other recruit if there is one. If there is no other recruit the trainer should leave the tent and go back into base and inform an admin who will decide what to do. If there is another recruit train him/her and then during that time if the recruit comes back tell the recruit to wait till the training of the non d/c'ed recruits is over and finish training of the d/c'ed recruit. If the recruit poofs from the room and comes back in some time do not let him in the room if there are other recruits. Train him or her again later from the point they had d/c'ed at.
- The Recruit is Misbehaving: If the Recruit is misbehaving and he or she is the only recruit leave the room and inform an admin. If there are other recruits tell them to ignore the misbehaving one and try to inform an admin from inside the tent or continue training ignoring the misbehaving recruit.
- The Recruit has failed the test: If the Recruit fails the test tell them they can come back at some other time to retake it or they can retake training at that time itself.
